FEATURES, DETAILS & BENEFITS

Yogasanas: An Introduction is an abbreviated form of one of Isha’s flagship Hatha Yoga programs, Yogasanas, which was designed and guided by Sadhguru, a living yoga master. The yogic postures in this short program can help you establish inner stillness and empower you to handle life situations with ease. Transform your body from a hurdle into a channel for your ultimate possibility with Yogasanas: An Introduction.

Benefits:

  • Decelerate the aging process
  • Create balance, ease and vitality in your body and mind
  • Improve your overall health and vitality

What does it mean to learn yoga in its classical form?

Isha Yoga Center LA offers an extensive exploration of classical yoga and revives various dimensions of this ancient science which are largely absent in the world today. These programs offer an unparalleled opportunity to explore potent yogic practices not simply as exercises but as a live process to cultivate one’s peak potential.

How does it differ from the yoga that I practice today?

By taking this program, you will receive:

  • Instruction from a trained Isha instructor under the guidance of Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic, visionary and one of the leading voices in the areas of Yoga and Wellbeing
  • Transmission of yoga in the energetically vibrant and sacred space of an Isha Yoga Center
  • A one-time class to learn a lifelong practice that can grow with you through the years - without the recurring fees of a gym or studio membership
  • Free lifetime support, including practice sessions in the community of others who have also taken their first step towards inner transformation
