Prerequisites

Completion of the Inner Engineering Program (including the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya)
Women who are pregnant can participate in Bhava Spandana, as long as the program dates fall on or after 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Please note that one can participate in Bhava Spandana only once.
