Registration Guidelines

  • This is a residential program conducted by an Isha Yoga Instructor.

  • Please consider the program’s arrival and closing times, as well as driving distances, before booking your flights. Allow travel time of 3 hours to Atlanta airport, 2 hours to Nashville airport, 1 hour to Chattanooga airport (plus 1 hour time difference as Chattanooga is in the Eastern Time Zone).
