During pre-check-in, participants choose between Bharatanatyam or Kalaripayattu. Music or chant

Prerequisites

Open to ages 14 and above. Participants below 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times while at Isha Institute. (Expect when attending sessions in the program hall)
No prior experience is required.
